This JDAH, LLC d/b/a Jupiter Exchange (“Jupiter”) privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) serves to notify you of the current privacy practices associated with your access to and use of the Jupiter website, mobile, API and other applications, and any of our other software, tools, features or functionality provided in connection with our products or services (collectively, the “Services”). We take our obligation to keep any information you provide us with safe and secure very seriously. We do not intentionally gather Personal Data from visitors who are under the age of 13. Our Terms of Service require all users to be at least 18 years old. If a child under 13 submits Personal Data to Jupiter and we learn that the Personal Data is the information of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. This Privacy Policy may change occasionally. We reserve the right to make material changes to this Privacy Policy affecting the use and disclosure of Personal Data we collect.
